Minimold International SRL is a wholly owned molding and assembly company located in Timisoara, Romania (an LCC country which is part of the European Union). There are currently 2 plants in Timisoara, which are totally supported by Minimold SpA Italy for marketing and sales, engineering and management.
Minimold Intern. was established in 2012, and currently produces 20% of total Minimold consolidated turnover, shipping to Romania, Italy, Macedonia, China and the US. It currently has 25 molding machines (between 50 and 750tons), automatic distribution of raw materials in the main production facility.

In early fiscal 2017 Minimold SpA acquired 60% of TRC, a small company dedicated to the painting of aesthetic plastic components particularly for the automotive industry. The company was active in the industry since the 1970’s, and had been an important Minimold supplier since the 1990s.
With the acquisition, Minimold became a truly full service supplier of plastic components for the car industry. Since the acquisition a major upgrade of TRC was undertaken, both to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the production process and to enlarge the company’s offerings, with a fully dedicated manual production line.
